About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at 2227311 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and warehouse departments, ensuring seamless operations and optimal budget management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Assign projects and programs to the purchasing and warehouse departments, coordinating activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Operations Oversight: Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Contract Management: Review purchase order claims and contracts to determine compliance with company policy, authorizing the development of specifications for products or services.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
