Job Summary

Lisa Morton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team. As a registered PSW with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, you will be accountable for the overall well-being, care, welfare, and safety of individuals struggling with dual diagnosis, addictions, mental health, and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic and personalized care to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Develop and implement community wellness programs, such as Chair Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Creative Kitchens, Emotional Regulation, and Outdoor Recreational programs
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and compassion

Requirements

  • Registered PSW with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and families
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support
  • Passion for promoting the well-being and dignity of individuals with complex needs
