Job Title: Personal Support Worker

At Thuram Healthcare Services Inc., we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and caring Personal Support Worker to assist our clients with their daily living needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, administering medications, and assisting with household tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Assist in regular exercise, such as walking
  • Change non-sterile dressings
  • Feed or assist in feeding clients
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus
  • Provide personal care and support to clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and punctuality
