Job Title: Personal Support Worker

At Thuram Healthcare Services Inc., we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Personal Support Worker to assist our clients with their daily living needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Feed or assist in feeding clients
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus for clients
  • Provide personal care and support to clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
