Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at ATL Senior Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and maintaining inventory controls.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, project management
