About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Song's Korean Restaurant. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies
    • Design and implement marketing campaigns to reach our target audience
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions
  • Implement Communication Strategies and Programs
    • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Prepare Written Material
    • Write and edit marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content
    • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other marketing materials
  • Assist in Special Publicity Events and Promotions
    • Coordinate and execute special events and promotions to drive brand awareness and sales
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
  • Gather, Research, and Prepare Communications Material
    • Research and gather market data to inform marketing decisions
    • Develop and maintain a library of marketing materials
  • Design Market Research Questionnaires
    • Develop and design market research questionnaires to gather customer insights
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure questionnaire design meets business objectives
  • Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce, and Website Promotions
    • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and sales
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Develop Marketing Strategies
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful strategy execution
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
