About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Best Royal Consulting Ltd. as a Marketing Coordinator - Communications. This is a permanent, hybrid role that requires a strong background in marketing and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries

Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and other interested parties in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in the Preparation of Marketing Materials

Support the development and preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and other communications.

Gather and Research Communications Materials

Collect and analyze data, research, and other information to support the development of marketing communications.

Prepare and Deliver Educational and Publicity Programs

Design and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to support marketing objectives.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role that requires a strong background in marketing and communications. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

Experience is an asset, but not required.

Language

English is the primary language of communication.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
