Diversity and Equity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Specialist in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a key member of our DEI team, you will play a critical role in advancing our organization's DEI objectives and creating a workplace where individuals can thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement impactful DEI initiatives that drive business results and promote a culture of inclusion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address DEI gaps and opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to HR business partners, leaders, and employee champions on DEI best practices and strategies.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to inform DEI decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to advance DEI goals and objectives.
- A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes a culture of belonging.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development in a rapidly evolving field.

- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion that is reflected in our values and business practices.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on DEI, anti-racism, and decolonization.
- Proven track record of leading and executing projects with a change management approach.
- Strong consultation skills and ability to develop and deliver initiatives that align with company values and business objectives.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to build and present impactful presentations for business audiences.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
