Principal, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team at Normandin Beaudry Consulting actuaries inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives that drive business growth and foster a culture of inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement DEI Strategies: Collaborate with our experts to design and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with our clients' business objectives.
- Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Training and Awareness: Design and deliver training programs and workshops on DEI-related topics to educate and engage our clients' employees.
- Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on workforce diversity, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations and communities to strengthen our DEI initiatives and enhance our expertise.
- Internal Initiatives: Collaborate with our DEI committee to develop and implement internal initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Communication and Awareness: Develop internal communications to raise awareness and engage employees in DEI initiatives.
- Education: University degree in human resources, management, gender studies, sociology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the DEI field within consulting services.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize teams around DEI initiatives.
- Certification: Certification in diversity and inclusion (e.g., CCDP, CDE) is an asset.
