Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Equilibrium Therapeutics. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our physiotherapists and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physiotherapists with patient assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation programs
  • Develop and maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for physiotherapy treatments
  • Provide administrative support to the physiotherapy team, including scheduling appointments and managing patient communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills in physiotherapy
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g. physiotherapy, health sciences)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in physiotherapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting
