About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Equilibrium Therapeutics. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physiotherapists in the delivery of patient care, including preparing treatment areas and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing paperwork.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in physiotherapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
