We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Music & Spec Ed teacher to join our team at Glenview Park S.S. for a 3 LTO section (1.0 FTE) position, commencing from January 31, 2025, to June 27, 2025.

Job Overview

This is a Long-term Occasional vacancy that requires the candidate to hold OCT qualifications in the assigned subject. The posting is open to Secondary Occasional Teachers on the WRDSB Occasional Teacher Roster and external applicants.

  • Teach Music & Spec Ed to students at Glenview Park S.S.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, applicants must:

  • Hold OCT qualifications in Music & Spec Ed.
  • Meet the requirements of the Ontario College of Teachers.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $62,000-$82,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The Waterloo Region District School Board offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan.
