Riguer's Family is seeking a compassionate and experienced Child Care Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and supervision to children in a family setting. As a Child Care Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of our young clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care and Supervision: Provide top-notch care and supervision to children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being at all times.
  • Household Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment, performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Transportation: Safely transport children to and from school, appointments, and other activities, adhering to established protocols.
  • Engagement and Activities: Plan and implement fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities to promote the children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Requirements
  • Education: A diploma or equivalent experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a similar capacity.
  • Certifications: Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and any other relevant certifications.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing exceptional care and service.
Benefits
