SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is between $85,000 to $110,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Psychologist at Homewood Health Centre Inc., you will be part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team delivering seamless services and programs to clients, customers, and patients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving lives and championing quality and continuous learning.
Responsibilities- Design and implement psychotherapy groups and develop psycho-educational materials
- Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to program development
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver patient care through a multi-disciplinary approach
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A PhD in Clinical Psychology from an APA or CPA accredited program
- Registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and licensure to practice in Ontario (or equivalent)
- Clinical experience with adults in areas such as anxiety and mood disorders, psychosis, eating disorders, and other mental health disorders
- Experience in quality improvement and leadership/management
- Training, education, and experience in various therapeutic modalities
- Expertise in program development, administrative principles, and evaluation techniques
