The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including gratuities and a permanent work term.


Job Description

This leadership role requires a strong background in food service management. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a supervisor or team lead in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervising staff who prepare and portion food
  • Training employees in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
  • Estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Maintaining quality control standards for food and service
  • Preparing budgets and cost estimates

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and initiative

Work Environment and Physical Demands
