We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Specialist to join our team at Narula's Authentic Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinating special events and menu planning to meet customer demands
  • Requisitioning food and kitchen supplies to maintain efficient operations
  • Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety
  • Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and service
  • Managing inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

In addition to your culinary expertise, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and team management skills. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
