Job Summary:

Nipissing University is seeking a qualified Clinical Instructor to join our team. As a Clinical Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a clinical setting, providing guidance and support to help them develop their nursing skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver educational programs and materials to support student learning
  • Provide clinical instruction and supervision to students in a variety of settings
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback to help them improve
  • Collaborate with other faculty members and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive learning experience
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing education

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Relevant teaching and clinical experience in nursing education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
