This is a commission-only position, and candidates must be residents of Ontario. We offer a competitive compensation structure, with a first-year earning range of $48,000 to $75,000, and the opportunity to build and lead your own team over time.
You'll receive ongoing professional development, coaching sessions, and support from our dedicated team. Our fully-equipped office is designed for productivity and collaboration, and we're proud to offer a hybrid or remote work environment in Oshawa, ON, Canada.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a RIBO License or OTL license willing to convert to RIBO, a strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance products and market trends, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
