Pioneer Family Pools is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized retail floor.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Support a strong commitment to superior and genuine customer service by exerting compassion, knowledge, and empathy to all customers and associates.
- Sales: Drive sales through engaging both customers and associates with accurate and practical product knowledge.
- Inventory Management: Maintain sales records for inventory control and track all Pool & Spa sales into provided excel spreadsheets & Commission reports.
- Payment Collection: Collect all outstanding payments before delivery or install, manage the A/R list.
- Product Knowledge: Provide the customer a full pool & or spa orientation within Pioneer Family Pools guidelines.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain at all times a clean, friendly, sales ready retail floor that is aligned with Pioneer Family Pools Corporate guidelines & expectations.
- Education: Completion of university degree is required.
- Experience: Sales Experience (2+ years).
- Skills: Self-motivated, determined to learn, expand and maintain knowledge of our products/services, experience working in fast-paced environments, ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively, excellent verbal and written communication skills, personable and outgoing in person and on phone.
