Executive Chef Associate

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and regular occasions, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations.
• Plan menus and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and implement changes as needed.
• Lead and instruct individuals on proper cooking techniques, sanitation procedures, and food safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Skill Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
• Proven track record of success in menu planning, food preparation, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including baking, roasting, and sauce making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
