About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Streats Pines Kitchen as a Floor Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, and ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure they are returned to their rightful owners.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, providing excellent customer service.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, ensuring our facilities are well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Security and Safety: Must be bondable.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, flexibility, organized, and a team player.
