Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Care Specialist to join our team at Streats Pines Kitchen. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Security and Safety: Must be bondable.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and have attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Must be punctual, flexible, organized, and a team player.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Floor Care Specialist, you will work closely with our facilities team to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

We offer a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
