Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Care Specialist to join our team at Streats Pines Kitchen. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all floors are swept, mopped, washed, and polished to a high standard.
  • Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Remove debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
