Office Support Specialist

Midas Auto Service is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including typing, proofreading, and filing documents.
- Communication: Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, and forward messages to the relevant personnel.
- Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Technology: Utilize MS Word and MS Excel to create reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and technology.
