About the Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results. Your expertise in electrical design concepts, methods, and standards will be invaluable in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and consultants to deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, and contractors
• Develop and implement project administration processes, documentation, and quality control measures
• Ensure compliance with provincial building codes, electrical codes, CSA, ULC, IEEE, IES, and NFPA standards
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical and financial queries related to projects
• Review project deliverables, including reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications, for accuracy and completeness

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 8-10 years of project engineering experience in electrical building services, with at least 3 years functioning at a PM level. A Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario is required. Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, methods, and standards is essential. LEED Accreditation or experience implementing sustainable design is an asset.
