About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and dining areas, including cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, including heating and finishing simple food items.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving customers, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Garbage and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that recycling is properly sorted and disposed of.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week.
