Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at Northstar Wall Systems Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, coordinating office services, and monitoring and evaluating work performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Monitor and evaluate work performance to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced construction company environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
