Job Title: Business Services Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at Northstar Wall Systems Ltd.

Job Summary

The Business Services Officer will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, carrying out administrative activities, and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including monitoring and evaluating
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and services
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
