Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at Northstar Wall Systems Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, carrying out administrative activities, and coordinating office services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Carry out administrative activities, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and office services

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
