Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at CAREER CANADA IMMIGRATION SERVICES INC. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process
