Job Description

This Operations Coordinator role is responsible for managing daily activities and team performance at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our business.

About the Role
  • The Operations Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication.
  • You will direct and control daily operations, ensuring they align with company objectives.
  • In this role, you will also be responsible for supervising other workers and training them as needed to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning and organization of daily tasks and operations to meet deadlines.
  • Direct staff and provide guidance on tasks and projects.
  • Motivate team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures effectively.
  • Supervise and train other workers to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate records.
Additional Support

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting newcomers and refugees by assisting with their immediate settlement needs and providing diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
