Operations Coordinator for Daily Activities and Team Management

This Operations Coordinator role is responsible for managing daily activities and team performance at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our business.
About the Role- The Operations Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication.
- You will direct and control daily operations, ensuring they align with company objectives.
- In this role, you will also be responsible for supervising other workers and training them as needed to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate the planning and organization of daily tasks and operations to meet deadlines.
- Direct staff and provide guidance on tasks and projects.
- Motivate team members to achieve their best performance.
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures effectively.
- Supervise and train other workers to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate records.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting newcomers and refugees by assisting with their immediate settlement needs and providing diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
What We Offer- A permanent Work Term with 30-40 hours per week.
