**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director of Key Accounts to join our team at Red Bull Canada. This leadership role will be responsible for driving volume, share, and distribution goals by developing, selling, and executing plans with all multi-unit key accounts within the foodservice industry.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of sales and key account experience with multi-unit key accounts in foodservice, as well as a thorough understanding of Canadian foodservice management companies and direct non-commercial account management experience.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic business plans and lead joint annual business planning between current and future multi-unit key account partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including lines of business presidents and regional operators
  • Analyze data to inform insights-led business plans and drive post-promotion analysis to evaluate promotional effectiveness
  • Leverage complex negotiation skills to close contractual voids and secure new business opportunities

**Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales and key account experience with multi-unit key accounts in foodservice
  • Thorough understanding of Canadian foodservice management companies and direct non-commercial account management experience
  • Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license required

**Salary Range:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
