Job Description

Alberta Ltd is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase and Procurement: Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Requirements Assessment: Assess the requirements of our establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Contract Management: Award contracts to appropriate parties and establish delivery schedules.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 32 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

The work language is English, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment.
