Job Description

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and services that meet the requirements of our establishment.
  • Develop specifications for purchases and consult with suppliers to ensure the best value for our company.
  • Determine contract terms and conditions, and award contracts to appropriate parties.
  • Establish and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Work Environment

As a Contract Specialist at Alberta Ltd., you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to work 32 hours per week and have a strong attention to detail.
