Job Title: Senior Vice President

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President to join our team at The MEARIE Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and financial performance in a complex, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all business functions are efficient and effective.
  • Establish and enforce policies that promote company culture, vision, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with the PUC CFO to manage the company's financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Drive profitability by overseeing cost-control measures and revenue-enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the NWI Board of Directors, CEO, and other senior leaders to define the company's strategic direction.
  • Lead the execution of business strategies and initiatives that support long-term growth and market leadership.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of fifteen years of progressive management experience, including recently in a senior or executive leadership role.
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a culture of high performance.
