Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations.
- Manage cash handling and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
- Cost products and services, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Supervise a team of more than 20 employees and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and sales data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant or food service management role.
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
