Avisa Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Corporate Paralegal to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in various legal tasks, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation: Prepare and organize legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research using tools to support case preparation and compliance matters.
  • Record Management: Assist in the management of corporate records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks related to case management and maintain organized electronic files.
  • Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients, witnesses, or experts as needed for various cases.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to attorneys, including proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar administrative role within a corporate environment.
  • Qualifications: 2-5 years of Paralegal experience, ALF experience, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
