The Corporate Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting our corporate legal functions and maintaining the efficiency of our operations.

Duties

  • Prepare and organize legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.
  • Conduct legal research using tools to support case preparation and compliance matters.
  • Assist in the management of corporate records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to case management and maintain organized electronic files.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients, witnesses, or experts as needed for various cases.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met for various legal assignments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar administrative role within a corporate environment.
  • 2-5 years of Paralegal experience.
  • ALF experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
