Job Title: Sales Supervisor

At SAM FASHION & DESIGNERS, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and authorize payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Order Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise, managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales associates, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting and selling merchandise to meet sales targets.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, organizing and managing stock to meet sales demands.
  • Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions, managing cash flow and ensuring accuracy.
  • Oversee Payroll: Manage payroll administration, ensuring timely payment and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

As a Sales Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, sales associates, and management. You will be required to stand for long periods, move around the store, and lift merchandise as needed.
