About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Leanessa Inc. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure team members are aligned with company goals.
  • Sales Operations
    • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training to improve sales skills.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
