About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Bella's Pinoy Bakery. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members to ensure they are meeting their sales targets.
  • Establish Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Manage Sales Operations: Oversee the sales operations, including sales forecasting, sales reporting, and sales analytics.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and to identify new business opportunities.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
