About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at PERFECT SIDING & ROOFING LTD. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing exterior prefabricated products and working on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, such as siding and roofing materials, to ensure a watertight seal and a high-quality finish.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, including siding and roofing materials, to maintain their integrity and extend their lifespan.
  • Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including hand and power tools, to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to work areas.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
