Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at WING SHACK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our busy restaurant.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to optimize profitability.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Willingness to relocate.
