Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demands
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Hire and manage food service staff to maintain high-quality service
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to optimize resources
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management
- Develop and implement work schedules to ensure efficient operations
This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with a physically demanding workload.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility and dependability to meet changing work demands
