About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process day-to-day transactions and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, and effectively communicate these to customers
  • Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to customers
