We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Manager to join our team at Grantek Systems Integration. This role is critical in driving the growth of new business opportunities and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align our services with their goals.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.
  • RFPs/Proposals: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through strategic proposal development.
What You'll Do:
  • Implement effective lead generation tactics, including market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and foster a positive and fulfilling work environment, engaging, supporting, and participating in company decisions, direction, and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, with experience within the automation industry being considered an asset.
  • A post-secondary education in Engineering would be preferred.
  • Demonstrates skills critical for managerial success, including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, and highly developed analytical and critical skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Be flexible with travel, which can be expected to range up to 50% across North America.
