Kitchen Assistant Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at 9345-9170 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

**Responsibilities**

* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
* Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
* Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
* Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, appliances, and work surfaces
* Participate in inventory management and record-keeping

**Requirements**

* Education: College/CEGEP diploma
* Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field
* Availability for shift or on-call work
* Willingness to relocate for this position
* Previous experience in the food service industry

**Work Environment**

* 70 to 80 hours bi-weekly
* Permanent position
* Work Language: English
