About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at 9345-9170 Quebec Inc. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Package take-out food and ensure it is presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to maintain a high level of hygiene.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure the kitchen is free from clutter.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Team Support
    • Assist other kitchen staff members with tasks and duties as needed.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Availability
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a kitchen environment, which can be physically demanding.
