Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Package take-out food and ensure it is ready for delivery or pickup.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Scour pots and pans to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Keep records of food quantities used to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure the kitchen is kept clean and organized.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma is required.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Availability
    • Availability for shift or on-call work is required.
