We're seeking a skilled 310T Licensed Mechanic to join our team, responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of school buses to ensure vehicle readiness and safety.

As a Licensed Mechanic with First Student Canada, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, develop your skills, and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and perform vehicle repairs under minimal supervision
  • Lead preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work completed
  • Notify supervisor of potentially dangerous equipment and corrective action taken
  • Adhere to First Student Canada standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid 310T Mechanic license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Appropriate mechanic's tool set
  • Advanced problem-solving ability
  • Advanced computer skills
